The Support Office at Xtreme Entertainment is focused on delivering timely and effective support to all our centres, allowing them to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Our Marketing department consists of a creative team that are across promotional campaigns, digital marketing and local area marketing for all centres nationally and in New Zealand.
Human Resources always have their door open, with a team that is responsible for partnering with operational and department leaders, coaching them on training and development, talent development, employee engagement programs, recruitment and employment relations.
The development department are responsible for all building and equipment maintenance across our centres nationally along with the design and build of new centres and renovation of existing centres.
Food and Beverage
Passionate about creating the perfect food and beverage offering for all of our customers, our F&B department are responsible for new product development, and partnering with the operational teams to ensure national food regulations are delivered on and food and beverage standards are achieved.
Our operational teams consists of regional managers in each state and a national team who drive operational projects and support the centres to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
Our finance departments work with operations and departments to deliver financial outcomes that align with budget. They also pull together monthly financial results and provide effective financial reporting to help identify strengths and opportunities with the business from a financial perspective.
